OUR STORY
India offers a diverse range of products, materials and manufacturing capabilities. For an overseas buyer, the challenge is turning that range into a sourcing brief that suppliers can act on—with the right specifications, packaging and commercial expectations.
Mehra World Trade brings these conversations together. Our focus is to understand your market and coordinate suitable sourcing options, rather than treat every enquiry as the same order.
We aim to build lasting business relationships through clear communication, agreed requirements and practical follow-through. Our approach starts with your enquiry and develops around the product and shipment you actually need.
OUR ROLE
As a merchant exporter, we coordinate sourcing with suppliers. Manufacturing capabilities, specifications and supporting documents are confirmed for the selected product and supplier.
Product, grade, quantity, packaging, destination and commercial expectations shape the search from the start.
We discuss supplier availability, product formats and sampling possibilities against your requirements.
Retail packs, bulk formats and private-label requirements are reviewed with the supplier before confirmation.
Order specifications, documentation responsibilities and shipment requirements are agreed as part of the quotation and order process.
WHAT WE SOURCE
Explore our core categories and share your specification for a tailored sourcing discussion.
HOW WE WORK
Good trade relationships begin with shared expectations. These principles guide our sourcing conversations.
We ask for the details that matter to your application and market. Product grade, pack size and acceptance criteria should be agreed in writing.
Samples, test reports, certifications and inspection needs are discussed for each order. Their availability must be confirmed with the relevant supplier.
Price, minimum quantity, payment terms and lead time are quoted after review. Changes to specifications or freight can affect the quotation.
Your feedback on samples, specifications and packaging helps shape the next sourcing discussion. The aim is a repeatable brief that reflects what your customers need.
BUYER QUESTIONS
Mehra World Trade operates as a merchant exporter. We coordinate sourcing and export preparation with suitable suppliers; we do not present every product as our own manufacturing output.
Share your product, quantity, pack size and branding requirements. Supplier capability, sampling, setup costs and minimum order quantity are confirmed before commitment.
Tell us the product and variety, target quantity, packaging, destination country and port, required documents and any testing or inspection needs. Add your company name and contact email.
Send your destination and preferred shipping terms for review. Supply suitability, freight options and documentation depend on the product and destination; a market reference does not imply previous shipments there.
